Marco Enea, Postdoc

Marco Enea obtained his Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering in 2019 through a double degree programme between Politecnico di Torino and École des Mines de Saint-Étienne. He defended a thesis entitled “Improvement of a Numerical Model for the Prediction of Cure-Induced Deformations in Composite Parts”, focusing on the numerical simulation of manufacturing-induced deformations in composite structures.
He subsequently pursued his PhD at Politecnico di Torino, where he obtained his doctoral degree in 2024 with a thesis entitled “Global/Local and Coupled High-Order FEM–Peridynamics Models for Fracture Analysis of Isotropic and Composite Structures”. His research focused on the development of local and nonlocal computational methods for fracture analysis in both isotropic and composite materials.
