Lu Zheng, MUL2 visiting PhD student. She is pursuing her PhD at Harbin Institute of Technology. Her research focuses on the thermo-mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced composites using computational materials science methods. She began a 12-month joint program at Politecnico di Torino in November 2025. Her work focuses on the homogenization analysis of C/C composite representative volume elements (RVE) based on the finite element method.
