Chiara Franceschini, PhD Student









Chiara Franceschini is a PhD student in Aerospace Engineering at Politecnico di Torino. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering in 2022, followed by a Master’s degree in the same field at Politecnico di Torino, where she started focusing on lunar exploration topics. In March 2025, she began her PhD at Politecnico di Torino, joining the MUL2 research group in collaboration with Thales Alenia Space. Her doctoral research is carried out within the Space It Up! project and focuses on space exploration for the Moon, with particular reference to lunar pressurized rovers.
